Deep Cleaning / End Tenancy Cleaning (minimum 4 hrs) - £20/hr after that

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Absolutely! We bring all the necessary cleaning supplies to thoroughly clean your home. While we appreciate the use of your vacuum and mop if they are available, we always carry backup equipment to ensure we can still get the job done if needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Do you need to visit my home to provide me with a quote?
No! You simply call or email us and we will send you a quote within 1-2 business days. Any specific questions, recommendations can be discussed once you’ve received the quote
What should I do to prepare for a cleaning service?
To ensure the best results, we recommend tidying up any personal items, securing valuables, and informing us of any specific areas or items that need special attention.
Do I need to be home while you are cleaning?
No you are not required to be home during our cleaning service as long as we have access. You can provide a door code or hidden key. If you are home, we will work around you.
